Sara, founder and instructor at We Breathe Yoga, teaches pranayama and breath-work classes to help relieve stress and anxiety, regulate the nervous system and connect to our inner most self. She also offers breath-centred vinyasa flow classes suitable for all levels. These practices are offered both in person and online. Sara is very inlcusive in her teaching and very much values the community built around her classes.

Sara is a brilliant yoga teacher who instantly grounds you and brings you back to a state of flow.
