All classes are offered on a drop-in basis. For those who come regularly, the class pack offers the simplest way to book across any combination of in-person sessions.
 

In Person — Weekly Classes Morning Yoga and Pranayama / Sunday Pranayama

Drop-in — £18 / Class pack — 5 classes for £65

The class pack works across both weekly in-person classes, so you can mix and match as your week allows. One credit per class.
 

In Person — Restorative Yoga and Tibetan Sound Bowl Twice monthly, Monday evenings

Drop-in — £18

No class pack for this session. Given its longer format, extensive use of props and limited in number — it is offered on a drop-in basis only.


Online — All Classes

Drop-in — £9

All weekly classes are available online at the same time as the in-person session.
