The Sunday Pranayama class is recorded and uploaded here each week, so that the practice remains available to you beyond the live session itself.

This library is meant as an extension of a living practice, a way to return to what was taught, to sit with it again, to let it deepen. Students who engage with the recordings alongside the weekly class often find that something shifts in how they receive the teaching.
