Upcoming Retreats

Pranayama weekend @ Holland House, Cropthorne, UK / October 17-19, 2025

Very excited to be sharing the teaching at this weekend retreat with my teacher Philip Xerri.

As well as the usual progressive teaching of Rhythms and Classical Pranayamas, there will be a focus on some of the more ‘advanced’ practices that are best taught in a retreat setting. The Course is intended for Yoga students/Teachers with a minimum of 5 years
experience, but please get in touch if you are unsure of your eligibility to discuss options, as prior instruction can be undertaken.

Provisional schedule:


Arrivals - Friday after 2pm, Afternoon tea 4pm
5 – 6pm Yoga and Relaxation 8.30pm Introduction to the Course and Pranayama practice


Saturday:
7 - 8.30 Pranayama and related practices
10.30 – 11 Self Practice
11 – 12.30 Pranayama and related practices
3.30 - 4pm Yoga Nidra and Relaxation Kriyas
4.30 – 6pm Pranayama and related practices
8pm Questions/Discussion/Pranayama


Sunday - as per Saturday till 12.30. Course ends with lunch at 1pm.

*Philip will teach the 11am, 4.30pm and 8 pm sessions. I will teach the 7am and 3pm ones.


Holland House is a very welcoming Center situated in the ancient village of Cropthorne, near Pershore. The grounds are absolutely beautiful at this time of year, perfect for reflection, rejuvenation and communion with Nature.

5-day Pranayama Intensive Retreat @ Casa Namaste, Sardinia, Italy / June 4-8, 2026

You can expect a deep dive in the practice of Pranayama, but there will also be daily morning asana practice, evening yoga nidra and opportunities for one to one work. This was my first retreat ever and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The intensity of the practice was at times challenging - in a positive way. I felt I could safely push beyond my comfort zone under Sara’s attentive guidance and always had options to fall back on if necessary. The experience has broadened and deepened my understanding of breathing techniques and I am now more confident about using them in my own practice.
