Thursdays - 7am Morning Yoga and Pranayama

 

A fixed sequence of asana and pranayama, practised in the same order each week. The consistency is part of the practice, when the body settles into familiarity, something deeper becomes available. Includes the traditional morning pranayamas, suited specifically to this hour. A quiet, grounding way to begin the day before the world takes over.

Sundays - 10am Pranayama
 

The heart of what is taught here. A traditional pranayama class rooted in the Tantric teachings of the Gitananda lineage — an energy practice for daily sustainment, not a breathing exercise. Each week builds quietly on the last. Suitable for complete beginners and long-term students alike.

twice monthly Mondays - 8pm Restorative Yoga and Tibetan Sound Bowl

​

An evening of genuine rest. Restorative yoga uses long, fully supported holds to allow the nervous system to release what it has been holding. Paired with Tibetan sound bowl healing, the effect is slow, cumulative, and often surprising. Check the calendar below for upcoming dates.
